Orbi RBR50

Hello,

 

 

I have asked Netgear Support several times to change the email address and phone number associated with my Two-Step Verification and even though they say they have, it is clear when I log on the app that it is still asking for my old email/phone (which I no longer have access to).

 

Could someone please help me either dereigster the device and reset so that I can either change the Two-Step Verification or turn it off?

  • Please contact NG support for help on this. Theres nothing we can do here in the forums to help you with this. This needs to be handled by NG support.

      Thank you, Blanca. I actually need to de-register two Orbi routers from my account. Is this something you could help with please?
