Orbi RBR50
I watched this video to split 2.4 and 5
https://youtu.be/tEgVG8rR5o8, everything worked great for about 3 months. Since last night it is been nothing but trouble, it kept dropping and my SSID_5GHz reverted back to pre-split common ID.
I tried to reset to factory default and that did not work in its memory it had old SSID names.
Model - RBR50
Firmware on Router and Satellite - V2.7.1.60
I could not figure the cause of it, I would appreciate help

I didn't have any issue splitting the ID into 2.4 & 5
since last night the signal keeps dropping especially 5G one and I could not get a realiable signal for more than 10 min at a stretch. When its connected I do get over 400 mbps download speed same as the plan I am subscribed to.
I could not understand the reason for frequent signal drop.

Does the 5Ghz signal still drop if you don't separate? Officially separation of SSIDs on Orbi is not supported. Possible new FW may make separation more problmatic. You may want to revert back to what had worked before for you.
