Orbi RBR50

After doing a factory reset I am unalbe to connect to my ORBI RBR50 for setup using the phone app.   Is there any way to comnnect using a pc for setup?  At this time the app appears to be usless as my RBR50 will not respond to it.  the RBR50 is setup mode with pulsating white light at the top.

    Yes, it's commended to use a wired PC or laptop to setup the RBR and get it fully connected and setup. 

    Walk thru the setup wizard at 192.168.1.1 or orbilogin.com
