Orbi rbr50
I got a new modem installed by spectrum. Hardwire to my computer it works great. But when I connect my orbi rbr50 back to it, my download speeds completely drop to the point I can't use my wifi for a...
What was the brand and model# of the prior modem?
Has a power OFF of the current ISP modem and the RBR for 1 minute then back ON been performed?
Be sure your using good quality LAN cables between the modem and RBR. CAT6 is recommended.
Try a different modem if the prior modem worked. Could be something wrong with this new one.
Please edit out any Serial numbers and MAC addresses of Orbi devices before posting for security reasons.

- I ended up doing a factory reset on the orbi and rebooted modem and it fixed the issue.
