Orbi RBR50v2 5GHz no internet access on desktop only

What changed?

Changed router from R7800 to Orbi RBR50v2,all other devices remain unchanged.

 

What happended?

  • My PC (Windows 10 64bit) cannot access to internet if I choose dual band OR 5GHz in Device Manager>Network Adapters>[my network card]>Advanced>Property>802.11a/b/g wireless mode>Value (refer attachment)
  • If I choose 2.4GHz 802.11b/g, I can access to internet.

 

Observation

  • The same PC can connect to internet whilst using R7800 5GHz in the past. 
  • All other devices (iPhone, iPad) can connect to internet via 5GHz before and after with both routers (R7800 and Orbi)
  • I tried to uninstall my network card (Intel AC 8265) and reboot, the PC install the network card automatically, but problem remain.
