Orbi RBR50v2 loss of internet access
Hi, this is my first post here. After resetting the Orbi router I have lost connect to my internet provider - the suggested network now comes up on my devices as ORBI33, rather than the name of my IS...

The Orbi works well in AP mode. Pretty easy to set up too.

You'll end up with two wifi networks. When you are happy that the Orbi meets your needs, turn off the router's wifi. With luck that is simply a case of pressing a button.
Shouldn't take more than about 10 minutes.

Thanks for all your help on this, it really is appreciated. I've gone back to configuring my Virgin Hub as the router and disabling the Orbi system for the time being. I have a couple of wired connections going straight into the Virgin hub and there is only one room with poor wifi now that needs a strong connection - that will have to wait until I can summon up the energy - I've already lost a day's work to this.
I'll try starting from scratch and setting up as if new.
