Orbi rbr50v2

Hopefully someone here can help. I’m trying to put my Orbi into AP mode. Once I click on submit it processes the information but then I get a message that says no internet. This happens on both hardwire and WiFi. The only thing I’ve found to fix this and get things working is to do another reset. Does anyone know what else I can do or try? I’ve spoken to support numerous times but sadly they can’t help me ...

    What is the Orbi connected to?  There needs to be at least one router between the user and the internet service company.

    This sounds (at first) like the Orbi is connected to a "modem" and there is no router.
