Orbi RBR750 not connecting to wired backhaul

Question

Orbi RBR750 with two RBS750&nbsp; Firmware V4.6.5.14_2.0.54.. I can't get it to work with wired backhaul.&nbsp; One of the satellites status is poor and it's connected trough WiFi even if I have it connected through ethernet.&nbsp; I have tried connecting the satelite directly to the router and through the switch.&nbsp; I tested all my wires and they work so at this point I don't know what to to fix this.&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks,&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX (WiFi 6) products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum.
