I have a similiar issue but I admittedly updated the RBR50 before the satellites not knowing you need to update satellites before the primary router. Now I get the incompatible file error when trying to upgrade the RBS50 satellite and additional RBW30 Satellite. Any suggestions??? I do not see anywhere I can roll back the RBR50 to the 2.2.0.210 firmware.

Yes, the RBS needs to be updated first before the RBR. You can download the v210 FW file and attempt to install it on the RBR. If you can get that loaded on the RBR, update the RBSs directly to v32. Then re-apply v212 and Then v32 ON the RBR.

Darn. I think v212 prevents this.
Can you access the satellites web page at all? I thought someone said they default to 192.168.1.254 or 250 if you put a static IP address on your PCs network adatper @ 192.168.1.50.
You should contact NG support and ask for help in getting the RBS udpated.
