Orbi RBR/RBS50 Firmware Updates
I was looking at the firmware updates for the Orbi RBR50 based systems. My system currently has firmware 2.1.2.18 BUT the website shows the CURRENT firmware as 2.0.1.4. So what is the latest ...
But keep in mind that 2.1.2.18 was recalled, and 2.0.1.4 is the latest recommended firmware.

Yes you have the most current up to date FW.
2.1.2.18 is of course the higher value number.
But keep in mind that 2.1.2.18 was recalled, and 2.0.1.4 is the latest recommended firmware.

Well if you have v.18 installed and it's working for you, then I would leave it. If your experiencing problems, then you can downgrade.
Thank you for the link. I wish they had posted this on the main Firmware Downloads page.
Since mine appears to be working well, I won't downgrade the firmware.
Enjoy for now. Downgrade if you absolutly need to.
I presume there working on bugs as we speak.
