What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

30 feet is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router
The one RBS that drops connections, can you move it to or swap with one of the other RBS and see if the problem follows? Place one of the other RBS in place of the problem RBS to see if it does the same thing.
You may want to ensure your LAN cables are all working well and of good quality between the RBS and RBR. I would not mixed CAT versions as 5e is of a older standard. CAT6 is recommended throughout.
