I have an Orbi sayellite on the second floor. For a few weeks no WiFi upstairs. Call to support but no resolution. I noticed during 2nd call that I had WiFi when satellite was off. MY resolution...Satellite is blocking the WiFi. Turn it off and waalaaa!!! You have WiFi! At least I do. ☺️
