Orbi RBS10 disconnected and blinking red

Any adice?  I can't try re-syncing it because it just blinks red once powered up.

The Orbi web page describing color codes says "blinking red" is BAD.  New systems come with 90 days of "complimentary support" (ha, you PAID for it).  On the product registration page, there is a link to contact support.  I would ask for a replacement.
