orbi rbs20 connecting satallite with ethernet cable disables wi fi
When I plug in an ethernet cable to the satellite, it disables the wifi connection. And on the app, the satellite is not showing as connected anymore. Does anyone know how to fix this? When connected with ethernet it works fine. But I would still like to connect other devices using wifi. Thanks.

I understand that you are not able to connect wirelessly to your RBS20 when you are using an ethernet cable. Please ensure that your Orbi system is updated to the most recent firmware. The RBR20 current Firmware Version is 2.7.4.24. Update your Orbi Mesh system and then connect a device to your RBR20 wireless network while the ethernet cable is plugged in to verify connectivity.
