Orbi RBS20 flashing red power light

It was my first time
Updating my firmware since purchasing the orbis. I was on the phone with my isp and was having problems with the orbis dropping off the internet every 20 minutes. I logged into the app and saw a firmware update to v2.6.104. I pressed update and only the RBR20 and one of my RBS20s were able to be updated.

you may have to perform a factory reset.
