Orbi RBS20

Hi,

 

I have an Orbi RBS20 that I bought around a year ago. When I first bought the product, I remember speaking to NetGear as I couldn't connect to my laptop. They asked which Broadband provider I am with, which is BT, and then took me through a series of screens and made some changes to the settings. I now have a new laptop and I'm unable to connect to it. Does anybody know the changes I need to make to the settings?

    192.168.1.1.

     

     

    you will need your user name and password

      Thank you. I just added that URL to my browser but got an error message

       

      This site can’t be reached

      192.168.1.1 took too long to respond

        then you have something else going on

         

        modem?

        Router?
