I have the Orbi set up to the BT router (I think) and this works for every other device

when you say orbi are you talking about the orbi router or sat?

OK...but that requires special configuration. Changing PCs, or a new laptop should not made difference. Did it work before?
But it sounds like you're trying to login to your orbi router and I gave you the correct URL
just make you sure you have the 2 routers set up correctly or better yet get rid of the BT router if you can.
