orbi rbs20
My Orbi RBS20 satellite is stuck with the amber light on. What can I do? Factory reset doesn't work, nor does leaving it disconnected for a few days. It doesn't sync with the hub in any way.

Nothing you've told me has worked for me. There is no way for it to recognize the satellite. The satellite does not catch IP, and the yellow light is always on, when you turn it on it is yellow, and neither with reset nor with anything can I get the solid yellow light to go away.

Does this happen when the satellite is temporarily relocated to the same room as the router?
i.e. there is no sequence of the ring LED pulsing white, turning solid white, and then either Blue or Amber for three minutes?
From page 10 of the User Manual:
I found using TFTP to flash firmware a frustrating process. One time, it took me six attempts to hit the "sweet spot" where the transfer worked correctly.

Hi, if they are in the same room and I don't have the start sequence of the rings, none of them turn on. I have the power light in yellow, it doesn't blink or turn green at any time. When I have it on the router it is always green, or when it updates it is blinking yellow. I don't know what it is due to, I suppose some update got stuck, and is there a way to update it or synchronize it again.
