Orbi RBS50 not listed in status pages

I have a RBR50 (firmware V1.11.0.20) and a satellite RBS50. The satellite seems to sync to the router (blue light - in the same room) but does not show in attached devices page or firmware update page. I have tried resetting/resyncing many times. Always a blue light, never shows up on the status pages (even the iOS app). The statistics page shows backhaul activity.

Any ideas for getting the Satellite to show? My original intent was to check the firmware for both devices.
