Orbi RBS50 power supply failed

Question

The power supply seems to have failed (satellite works with the power supply from the main unit). The power supply doesn't seem to open easily (there's one screw that I've removed but didn't want to force it open, yet). Is there a fuse that might have gone and is worth replacing? Am on the phone waiting to speak to support but am not sure I can wait so long.

Try places like Amazon for replacement power supplies if you can't get anything from NG.&nbsp;

Well the call didn't go too well - they're obviously not paying their broadband bills and the line was terrible then terminated! Will (maybe) try them again later.&nbsp;
