orbi RBS50 wrong wifi name on bottom sticker
when i want to install the Orbi router , it is asking to connect through wifi of the Orbi rbs50 ,
the wifi and password is mentioned on the bottom of the device ,
BUT the wifi that is popping up ...
What Firmware is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
factory reset the router using the back push pin button. Hold it in until the top led turns on AMBER then let go. Wait for the WHITE led to slowly pulsate, then press the black sync button on the back of the RBS and RBR. Wait for the top led on the RBS to turn BLUE.
Let us know if you can get to this stage or not.

1 satelite is now green but doest connect and also i cant reset it anylonger , even after holding reset button for over 20 sec
the second satelite continues to blink red and nothing happens
You'll need to file a support ticket and get the RBS replaced:
