orbi RBS50 wrong wifi name on bottom sticker

when i want to install the Orbi router , it is asking to connect through wifi of the Orbi rbs50 , the wifi and password is mentioned on the bottom of the device , BUT the wifi that is popping up ...

You'll need to file a support ticket and get the RBS replaced:

      sorry , i doesnt work on how to creat a support ticket 

      i have 3 sattelites and a router 

      it should be MUCH easier to exchange this to ones that are working .
