Orbi RBW30 as Wifi Extender

I have a extra RBW30 that is no longer part of my Orbi mesh setup. I would like to set it up as a Wifi extender for my Netgear 4G AirCard 810S when our internet drops out at home. I have tried all kinds of instructions online where I see people use Orbi devices as extenders, but none seem to work with the RBW30. Can this be used as a pure Wifi extender? If so, how do I set it up?

    You can't. 

    The only 2 orbi devices that have extender mode are the RBS40V and the RBS50Y
