IF your speeds are to spec over wired speed tests, then your system would be working as exspected. Some ISPs are known for throttling there services during some busy time frames. I have a friend in the LA area and his ISP throttles his area where he lives in.
Also be aware that during the world event of CD19, there is more and more users working at home now days so bandwidth in your area maybe getting bogged down some when people are working from home during the day.
All you can do is:
Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem.
Be sure there are not coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
I recommend using CAT6 lan cables.
