Orbi refuses to connect to router

It would be helpful to know a bit of information:

• Which specific model of Orbi is this? (from the product label on the bottom of the router)
• Which specific ISP modem is it?
• Is the Orbi being configued, or simply "plugged in and used"?
• If being configured, using the Orbi web interface (http:orbilogin.net) or the Orbi "app"?
• Did the "ring light" on the Orbi show any pattern or colors?
