Orbi RK50 and APple Extreme as range extender

Hi all,

I have an Orbi RK50 plus one satellite, but still problems to reach the last rooms in my flat. As I formerly used an Apple Extreme, I wonder whether I can connect the AE as a range extender to the Orbi.

Does anybody knows how to do this. I tried to reconfigure the AE but with no success.

    AE has to be wired to Orbi so it will act as a wired AP to Orbi.

    You have to sett different radio channels for both bands in AE than those used in Orbi.

      Thank you but this doesn’t help, since I have not the possibilità to fisically connect Orbi and AE. I Need to connect them wireless.

    The AE only works as a wifi router or in wireless bridge mode. The AE doesn't support working as a wireless extender. You'll need to contact Apple support for help and information on the AE product.
