Orbi ROuter 10 and satellites
I had an Orbi Router RBR 10 with Orbi RBS10 satellites and an Orbi Router RBR50 with Orbi RBS50Satellites at 2 different homes. I would now like like to connect the Orbi satellites RBS10 to the Orbi Router RBR50. I have tried to reset and sync them several times but can not get them to connect. Is there any way to use these satellites with that Router? Thank you for your assistance.

According to Netgear's compatibility table, the RBS10 satellites are compatible with the RBR50 router:

Yes, the correct procedure is to factory reset the RBS10 satellite, place it in the same room as the RBR50 router (much easier to see what is going on!), and select the bottom menu item, "Add Orbi Satellite".
One potential issue could be that the most current firmware for the RBR50 is v2.7.5.4 and the most current firmware for the RBS10 is v2.7.4.24
Can you check which firmware is currently running on the RBR50 system and which is on the RBR10 system?
How many satellites are already connected to the RBR50 router?
Just a side note: In order to keep the cost down on the "10" product (and make it competitive price wise) it is a "Dual Band" system rather than a "Tri Band" system (RBR50). It uses the RBR50 "backhaul" 5G WiFi channel to communicate with user devices rather than a separate 5G WiFi channel. May have an effect on total performance.
Where during the process does the "add" fail?
