Orbi router already registered

I purchased my router new from Amazon, but when I try and register it with Netgear it says the serial number is already registered. The email address looks nothing like mine, so I am a bit stuck.
According to the website my 90 days of support expires in less than 2 weeks.

Any help would be much appreciated.
