Orbi Router and Satellite
Is there a way one can tell on the device list if the device is connected to the Orbi or the Satellite?

To tell what is using the satellite, you need to log into the satellite (via it's IP address) and list connected devices.
Being able to see what is one what device by logging into the router is one of those things people have been asking for since it came out. Hopefully it will be in one of the future FW updates.
It was available during Beta testing, but only after setting it up via the debug page. That capability is not available with regular release FW.

Try this:
Log into Orbi and and click on Attached Devices
Click on any device name to open Edit Device page
Click in device name box
Press the <enter> key on your computer (or Go on your iPad)
Also use the Edit Device page to give friendly names to your network devices. The names are only used in Orbi and not the Satellites.
