Alas, no. Orbi routers connect only through an Ethernet cable connected to the WAN port.
Either repurpose the Ubiquiti link to the closer building or keep the Orbi/Ubiquiti equipment for spares or other uses if the Asus router gives good enough performance in repeater mode.
