Orbi Router does not play nice when pointed to internal DNS

Loopback maybe something that is needed and is not supported by Orbi...
Thats a damn shame considering it was working before the firmware update. Really dissapointed in Netgear for breaking functionality like this.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since the FW update?
What version had been loaded that was working? Might try reverting back to that...
Haven't done a factory reset but I have done a hard reboot (unplug from power, wait, plug back in). I would revent back to old firmware if I knew how to but even if I did I would rather not becasue I am sure I would be missing out on some security patches for the router itself.
