Orbi router has a wireless connection but no internet connection

Good afternoon, my orbi router has been working fine up until last night.  I went ot use the interwebs on my phone and the page wouldn't load.  I connected / reconnected, no luck.  i tried my laptop which would connect to the router, but then it also says no interent connection.  I power cycled the router and reset it via the button on the back a few times.  Once the oruter power back up, we havethe same issue where it will connect wirelessly but has no internet.

I hardwired into the modem and have connection, I also tried my old netgear router nad it worked fine.  No settings were changed abd then seems to be a very random occurance.  Any help / advice would be appreciated!
