Orbi router: I cannot update firmware because tabs are grayed out
My new Orbi is stuck in firmware V1.3.0.26
because both the 'Online Update' and 'Manual Update' tabs are greyed out. Rebooting, power-disconnecting, yelling, and trying the same thing ten times: none of those change the tabs to make them selectable.
This means I don't have the guest network feature, plus a couple of other glitches are happening that might be firmware-related issues.
Annoying....
Any ideas?

is the orbi in router mode or ap mode
try factory reset and redo setup and see what happens
