Orbi router interfering with cell signal

I have the exact same problem. Was using a Verizon router and switched over to Orbi; cell phones went from full bars to 1 or less and multiple dropped calls.
And if you turn OFF the Orbi system, what do you see?
I presume when you are testing this, that the phones are not wirelessly connected to the Orbi wifi at the time?
