Orbi router keeps disconnecting
Hello I have a orbi mini router RBR40 with 2 satellites. The system was RBK33. The system is about exactly 1 year old. For the past month it has been disconnecting from the internet and I reset the router and modem several times and the past 2 times it would eventually connect back up but since it lost connection 2 days ago and resetting it several times with it just pulsing white it hasn’t reconnected. I’ve contacted my service provider and they say everything from their end to the modem is showing good strong signal. I’ve tried factory reset with no luck just stays pulsing white. Any ideas how to check if the router is broken or what would be a good next step? Thanks!
