Orbi Router RBR50 not connecting to modem

I have an Orbi RBR50 router which now refuses to connect to my modem. It tells me that the cable is not installed. I have changed the cable but it still does not connect. I have done a full reset on the system. Any help will be much appreciated.

    What FW is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the IP modem the Orbi is connected too?
