any idea how often netgear pushes a firmware update? this is getting really rough (having the router restart itself 2-4 times a day). i'm kind of hoping that a new firmware update fixes this problem for me. thanks!
No. NG doesn't announce when new FW is forth coming.
You can try Voxels FW for Orbi:

You can revert back to stock FW if it doesn't work out for you.
