Orbi Router Solid Magenta after New ISP
I just changed ISPs and activated new service. My modem says it is powered and online. My Orbi is connected to my modem via the yellow internet slot. My Orbi routed is solid Magenta. Both Satellites have no color. None of my wifi devices work except my Work Laptop (2 other laptops say they are connected to wifi but neither can connect to the internet, iphones say they are connected to wifi but also no service).
What do I need to do to fix this?

It will help if you can describe what modem the new ISP installed (brand and specific model).
Sometimes, it is necessary to power off both the Orbi and modem, wait a bit (I sing Happy Birthday two times), then power on the modem, wait for the lights to settle down (which can take two minutes), then power on the Orbi.
When the Orbi worked before, was it in "router" or "access point" mode?
When nothing else works, it is sometime necessary to "factory reset" the Orbi.

Can you explain this a bit more. ONE computer is connected to the Orbi and is functioning normally? (access the internet, etc.)
