Orbi RSR20

I need to be able to separate and see 2.4 and 5.0 bands. i followed all instructions, but it doesn't work. the names merge and only see 5.0. ready to return orbi if it is not fixable.

Netgear does not support separating the 2.4 and 5.0 WiFi bands.  The instructions you are following are a "hack" that enterprising users discovered and have to modify each time new Orbi firmware is released.  If you are firm in the belief that having separate SSID's for 2.4 and 5.0 WiFi is essential, send it back and get a product that supports doing this officially.
