Orbi RSR50 wifi vs guest wifi
I have ATT internet but am using an Orbi RBR50 for my router with 2 satellites. Firmware on the base station/router and satellites is v2.7.2.104 and have the Orbi wifi as well as the Orbi guest wifi turned on. I have my NAS and personal computer on the Orbi wifi with my work laptop, iPhone and internet devices on the guest wifi. I have had no connection issue on the Guest wifi, however, my son states that his computer continually has connection issues on the Guest wifi. Has anyone had this issue and what is the resolution? I had added the second satellite close to his room to eliminate the signal strength issue, but it still doesn't seem to resolve the issue. He also states that he has not had a problem with his desktop but is having issues with his laptop.

That is a creative way to use Guest WiFi. i.e. not actually for "Guests".
There have been posts now and then describing issues with Orbi Guest WiFi. Can you provide more information about the specific issues he has? (how often? do they "go away"? How does he resolve them? Only the one laptop? The desktop is also connected via WiFi?)

It almost seems to be happening to him weekly even though I have not had any issues. Apparently today only his work laptop disconnected and rather than wait for it to reconnect he raised cane. He says both his desktop and laptop, both on the guest wifi have had connection issues, but I have not had any issues connecting to the guest wifi, though there may be some momentary disconnects, it connect back up.

This is a good start. The specific symptom is
- "No WiFi" the computer reports not being connected to the WiFi network, or
- WiFi, but No Internet?
How long does it typically take for the connection to resolve automatically?
Does the Network Troubleshooter (Windows) identify a problem?
Does rebooting the computer reconnect automatically?
On the one hand, "once a week" is irritating, but not a crisis.
Cutting out in the middle of a work Zoom meeting would be serious.
No other devices in the house have this sort of issue?
