orbi same network not be able to reach each other

My computer is connected to the main RBR50, My printer is connected to RBR40 same Wi-Fi network and the IP address is in the same range but I"'m not able to connect to my printer.

Sorry for not being clear. yes, it just happened recently. it used to work fine. my printer right now it's connected to RBS50. I'll try to reset all Orbi devices and try to do the new setup.

An additional test is to attempt to 'ping' the printer or open the printer web page (if it supports that feature - my Epson does).

i.e.

  • Open a command window and type ping <ip address of printer>
  • Open a web browser and try to connect to the printer http://<ip of printer>

    that is when I decided to post it here. I can't ping to my printer with the ip I got.

    So far after I reset all the devices and reconfigured them. it seems to working right now. So thanks for all your help. I hope it continues that way.
