Orbi Sat RBS10 blinking red light

The router was active, the satellite RBS10 was recognized and online, updated the firmware, etc. So perfect, let's move the satellite to the room I want it in....I did, plugged it in and it's been flashing red ever since. Tried sync, re-set, 7 seconds, 30-30-30. Nothing brings it back to life. It is in the same room as the router and nothing. All my devices are on the network and overall connection improved but would love to have the satellite working for the blind spots. Any suggestions besides returning the whole thing?
