Orbi Satelitte RBS50 Pulsing White

Hi there, I'm having trouble setting up my Orbi RBS50 Satellite. The satellite continually flashes white (not pulsing white).  I've tried pressing the reset button. The satellite doesn't respond an...

Thank you! I bought it second hand, so it's hard to return.

I followed your steps (I downloaded Parellel's for Mac to be able to run windows on my machine. Then, I followed the steps you sent).

Here's what I'm finding:

  • When I turn my satellite on, it does not start with an orange light and starts flashing. 
  • It goes solid green, and then after about 15 seconds, starts blinking red.

Alas, I fear it may be "toast".  Here's how Netgear describes the colors of the Orbi power LED and the "Ring Light" (at the top):

Notice the euphemism "May need attention" for the power LED blinking red.
