Orbi satellite connected but won't access internet

Hi. I've been using orbi for months without issue, but I recently turned on access control and now it's all over the place.

I tried to add a new device bt it wouldn't allow the new device on the network so I rebooted the router and satellite.

Now, any devices on the satellite get no internet. The router is fine.

I've tried reconnecting and resetting satellite, I've also turned off access control and rebooted etc, but nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas? I can't ask netgear as it's more than 90 days but I could send it back as it's under warranty which is crazy.

Any help greatly appreciated.
