Orbi Satellite Connection Issues

One of my Orbi satelites shows that it is online but my devices show no internet access.  I unplug the satelite and my devices can access internet.

 

Very frustrating.  This issue can happen at any moment and all my devices lose internet.

    Devices that are not connected to that satellite suddenly lose internet and powering off that satellite causes them to regain internet?

      Thanks for your reply.  It's devices that are connected to the satelite.  These devices will show that they are connect but will have no internet.  The satelite does show a blue light.  If I power down the satelite, these devices will connect to the main router and regain an internet connection.  I have had this problem with both satelites.
