Orbi Satellite Firmware Update question

I suspect the same warning applies to both the Router and the Satellite. I did have trouble myself with the automatica update, so I manually updated everything (I did the Router first, and then the Satellites). I didn't bother reading the instructions, so I missed the disclaimer about not using wireless (I used wireless to update all 3 units).
Couldn't you just plug an ethernet cable into the back of each unit and do them one at a time?

Thanks, I don't have a ethernet port on my MacBook Air so thats why I was contemplating it. I think I will get the adapter through so I can plug it directly in instead.
