Orbi Satellite Firmware update

I have logged into Orbi Router to verify that it has the latest FW, V2.1.2.18. The FW update shows up to date for the Router and one Satellite. But the second Satellite shows the old FW and the status shows 'No Internet' (see image below).

However, the app on my phone shows that the seond Satellite is connected. I attempted to manually update the FW, but when I try to upload the FW that I downloaded from netgear, for the RBS 40 satellite, I get an error message that the FW is not correct for my product.
