    I would make contact with NG support and ask for help on this. Ask about a RMA for the RBS.

thanks for the detailed steps

 

I've previously read your posts (in a different thread) about logging to the satellite at 192.168.1.250 and doing the update there, but unfortunately when i try to update the firmware on the Satellite, by clicking on the "Upload" button, the page times out and returns a 404 error page. image attached, i've tried using Firefox and IE11 on a windows 10 PC.

 

The router, i can upgrade and downgrade to any firmware version OK. Combining our troubleshooting steps, it sounds like my satellite has kark it for whatever reason.. even more strange was that i didn't even touch the satellite in the first place.. it was the router that i moved :(

 

going their support page and trying to raise a ticket with them, since my orbi is out of date by 6 days.. guess they won't help... darn..

    i'll contact NG support tomorrow.. its quite late in Australia now (12:23am), hopefully something good turns out :)
