ORBI Satellite not transmitting 2.4ghz
My Orbi satelite is not transmitting a 2.4ghz chanel and the closest devices are not connecting directly to it .

How do you know that it's not transmitting on the 2.4 GHz band? Have you made a wifi scan and confirmed this?
The fact that your closer devices to the Satellite are not attaching to it does not mean that it's not transmitting the radio.
Log onto the satellite web gui (not the router) and tell us what the status screen says as far as the status of the satellite
Here is an example from mine
- Mine shows 2.4 grayed out
Can you confirm that it's not transmitting with mobile app on a Android if you have one. Wifi Analyzer. This will show you if the radio is broadcasting or not.
If it's not, I recommend you get ahold of NG support and ask about an RMA>
