Orbi Satellite RB550 will not reset or sync
I have tried to sync. I have tried to reset. Satellite just stays white. Will not go into sync mode. Any thoughts to reboot or get it to sync?

Yes I have done this. Is there a hard reboot or a way to send to netgear for a new one. It will not reboot by resetting to factory default.
Based on the limited info you have provided, it sounds to me its time for you to contact NG tech support and ask for a replacement.
Hope it is still under warranty.
